Getting the proper immunizations for things like influenza and pneumonia are important and will make a huge difference in your health throughout the year, and through the cold and flu season.

Very often, these things are worth it for being able to move about comfortably and easily. Aside from your doctor, the best person to give you advice about medications is your pharmacist. Depending on your unique condition and the medications you are on, your doctor or pharmacist might advise against using certain over the counter medicines.
