- OFFER: If your unit is eligible for a trade-in one of our customer service representatives will contact you with an offer.
- SHIP: If you accept our offer for your gently used unit, simply ship the unit to us for final approval!
- APPROVAL/PURCHASE: If your unit meets all of the gently used qualifications you will be issued a check. Keep the check or use it toward the purchase of a new portable or home oxygen concentrator!
