AMSR Scholarship Award
American Medical Sales and Rentals would like to take this opportunity to announce our Second Scholarship Essay Contest. Our scholarship program now bestows two $500 awards each year to students with the winning essay. We created this scholarship to assist students with a financial award and are excited to offer this program for years to come.
In the past, we asked students working towards a degree as a Respiratory Therapist to share their knowledge and experience as a respiratory therapist student. Our scholarship is open to all students currently enrolled in a accredited high school, college, or university in the U.S.
Please write an essay for one of the following topics:

- Share your story on how a disease or illnesses has impacted your life, and how you overcame it.
- Share your story on how recent advances in medical science have changed you or a your loved one’s life for the better.
- Share your story on how volunteering has impacted your life, and how it has shaped your goals for the future.
- Share the accomplishment you’re most proud of.
To enter the scholarship students must follow these guidelines:
- Be enrolled at an accredited high school, college, or university in the U.S.
- Age sixteen (16) years or older
- Carry a status of "good standing" (i.e. currently enrolled)
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Post marked by October 15th, 2020
