The best package by far 4 people found this helpfulThis place is amazing, largely because of Neal Dodda. He’s incredibly accessible and always there when I need him. As someone new to using oxygen, he patiently walked me through the purchase and helped me get the best package by far. He also explained the battery requirements for flying and even took my calls on a Saturday morning when I had an issue. He even gave me time to talk over everything with my husband who the oxygen is for. We purchased the Inogen 6 . Delivered timely. The unit is easy to use and we love how portable it is. Since we were not sure about ordering, she did not pressure. When we talked again and ordered, we knew prices, etc. The unit arrived as described, and very easy to set up.
