Verified BuyerExcellent, lightweight home concentrator 0 people found this helpfulThe Inogen At Home 5L has been a great upgrade for me. My caregivers and I really like how much smaller, lighter, and quieter it is compared to my previous Invacare unit. It’s easier to manage, unobtrusive in the room, and overall a much better fit for me.Was this review helpful? -

Excellent 1 people found this helpfulExcellent! The Inogen 5L At Home concentrator arrived in perfect condition, as described and on time. It works perfectly and is much quieter than expected. I had excellent, friendly and knowledgeable advice from Dakota Conkle! He helped a lot in explaining how I would be able to get exactly what was right for my needs. I highly recommend the Oxygen Concentrator Store and Mr. Conkle! Was this review helpful? -

Purchasing from American Medical Sales 2 people found this helpfulHaving used and experienced Inogen products since 2018, I did not need a pep talk, but an individual that would listen to my request to purchase a new replacement Inogen Home Concentrator. Nick was the individual that handled my order with knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. Was this review helpful? -

Good with exceptions 7 people found this helpfulEasy to get started and works great. Just two issues. It's not loud consistently but makes a loud air valve sound every 4 seconds. We got used to it but it's surprisingly loud. The other issue is that it's clear that nobody on the product team ever used the device in a dark bedroom. It's impossible to find buttons by feel, the display lights are way to bright, and it beeps loudly on every change. An unforgivable design failure for a device intended for bedside use.Was this review helpful?
