• No access to warranty or after-sales service. Only the original purchaser through Inogen or an Authorized Internet Reseller is eligible for warranty support. Any service or repair performed by an unauthorized company will void the Inogen warranty.
• Lack of product expertise. Unauthorized sellers are not trained or supported by Inogen and may provide inaccurate or misleading product information.
• Potential for counterfeit, used, or stolen products. Products purchased from non-authorized sellers may be used, defective, or counterfeit, and may not meet Inogen’s quality and safety standards.
• Potential violation of Federal prescription law(s). The FDA requires a prescription for using an oxygen concentrator.  Many unauthorized resellers will sell a concentrator in violation of this federal law.
