- We put that philosophy into motion from the start. When you visit our website, our goal is to make all the information you need clear and easy to find.
- Many people need help choosing the oxygen concentrator products that are right for them, and our knowledgeable team is standing by to patiently walk you through the process. We’re happy to communicate with you through e-mail or by phone, whichever you’d prefer.
- We call every single customer two weeks after the purchase of an oxygen concentrator to make sure everything is going smoothly. We know the equipment we sell inside and out, and if you have a question or problem, give us a call and we will gladly help you.
- If you do have a problem that requires your unit to be sent to the factory for repairs, we can help you with a temporary rental unit at a discounted rate.
- If you call us and leave a message, we’ll call you back—within 24 hours.
