Concierge Basic Package
Everything you need to start therapy properly.
The same machine, the same three masks and the same concierge support as Premier, without the travel CPAP or the home oxygen concentrator. If you sleep in the same bed most nights and don't use oxygen, this is the one.

Need a diagnosis first?
If you don't have a current prescription, a home sleep test is available as an add-on. It's ordered on its own, and the package only follows if the prescription calls for CPAP.
One night, in your own bed
A WatchPAT One kit ships to your door: a wristband, a finger sensor and a small chest sensor, recorded through a phone app. No lab, no waiting list, nothing to send back. Sleep Doctor's board-certified clinicians read it and send your report and prescription directly to you, usually within 24 hours of your test.
You don't order a machine until you know you need one. If the results say you don't have sleep apnea, there's no package order and nothing more to buy.
The test order itself is non-refundable.
