Eclipse does not power on when ON/OFF button is pressed

PROBABLE CAUSE REMEDY
No Battery installed Install Battery or plug into external power
Battery is discharged or no external power is present Plug into external power
AC or DC Power Supply is not plugged in correctly Check plug at outlet, Power Supply box and at the Eclipse to ensure properly plugged in.
Insufficient power from the outlet Ensure there is adequate power from the outlet. (Outlet may be controlled by a wall switch or the circuit breaker may have engaged.)

Restriction in tubing or humidifier Repair or replace tubing or humidifier. Place your Eclipse so there is adequate air flow.
Filter restricted Clean or replace air inlet filter. Place your Eclipse so there is adequate air flow.

    • For unit specific information regarding your individual concentrator, it is always best to refer to your owners manual. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our Customer Service Department at 877-303-9289.

      • Please contact your equipment provider (where you purchased the concentrator from) or the manufacturer to get your unit serviced.

    • My husband machine had the red light on even tho the batteries are all changed we have checked the air flow what do we need to fix this

      • There could a variety of factor which can cause SeQual Eclipse to beep and give a flashing red light. Please call your equipment provider for quick troubleshooting.

      • Hello Sharyn, your Eclipse 5 is producing oxygen at less than 70% purity. Although you can continue to use the unit, it’s highly advised that you send your unit in for service. The sieve beds need to be replaced.

  1. Dear sirs, After conectan my Sequal Eclipse 3 and pouching the star button the red light burns and the alarm sounds. And an error code Fail A3. Please advice

    • Your machine may still be under warranty. You should contact the company that you purchased the unit from. If the machine needs to be serviced they are the company that can best help you.

    • Check the power cable connection, check whether the battery is installed properly, and try a different power outlet. If the problem persists, contact your equipment provider.

      • Please contact your equipment provider (where you purchased the concentrator from) or the manufacturer to get your unit serviced.

  2. I have two fully charged batteries. I even confirmed they are fully charged using an external desktop battery charger. But when I try to power on the Eclipse 3 on a setting of 3L continuous, it runs for less than 5 minutes and shuts down. Battery indication is minimum on the machine display.

    • This issue could be due to various reasons. Looks like the battery is not getting properly installed in your unit. The battery or the battery prongs may be damaged. Please contact your equipment provider to troubleshoot.

  3. blinking yellow light is an indication of what? i have taken the filter out an cleaned it then replaced it back in and the light still is blinking what else can i do to fix this?

    • Yellow light is a general indication of device malfunction. To narrow down the issue, check what is error comes up on the display. The may be related to voltage, battery, oxygen purity, impeded oxygen flow, etc. Please give a call to your vendor to troubleshoot.

  4. my husband eclipse 5 – yellow light goes on (his machine does not have red light ) steady , then reads 5A fail and shuts off . Please tell me what that means?

    • ‘Fail A5’ on Caire Eclipse 5 means that there is product tank pressure failure. There might an internal leakage or some other issue that’s not letting the tank maintain appropriate pressure. Please contact the customer care team for repair options.
