“Your sales staff were very well informed and had great advice on what my particular needs are. Of course I wanted the newest model that I saw on T.V. comes to find out it might be the lightest one but wasn’t powerful enough for my needs and the battery life wasn’t as long as I wanted. Very courteous and patience with me for it was a big decision due to cost. I wanted to be sure I was making the right decision. I am very happy with my purchase. “
