Reviews on Auto CPAP Machines

If you have sleep apnea, you may be wondering whether you should get a fixed CPAP machine, or an automatic one. A fixed CPAP machine works on one pressure setting, determined by your doctor. An automatic CPAP or BiPAP machine automatically adjusts throughout the night to your changing needs. We might need a variety of different air pressures from our CPAP/BiPAP machines throughout the night, or our needs can change over time.

Whether you get a fixed or an automatic machine is completely up to you, and what your doctor think about what is best for you. To help you decide, we've collected some feedback from some of our past customers, who will tell you all about their own experiences with our automatic CPAP and BiPAP machines.

Respironics REMstar CPAP Pro Auto IQ with Humidification

“It was worth it for me to get this automatic CPAP machine, because my old fixed one just wasn't cutting it for me! Even with a ramp setting and my doctor monitoring my breathing patterns, the one rush of air was too much sometimes. The medications I take mess with my sleeping patterns, as well as my allergies and how dramatically my breathing patterns change throughout the night as I go between sleep cycles. I know the fixed machines work for some people, but not for me. I nearly gave up on my CPAP treatment all together right before getting the REMstar. My doctor suggested that I get this model of auto CPAP, because of the price and all the great features that it has. Thanks for this great machine, it really does do the trick!” - Michelle D.

Devilbiss IntelliPAP AutoAdjust CPAP with Heated Humidifier

“I gained some weight over the past few months, which ended up changing my pressure setting needs, according to the SmartCode feature. For this reason, I'm glad I went ahead and got the AutoAdjust CPAP, especially at the great price you guys offer it for. The heated humidier was also a great investment, since I probably would have eventually broke down and got one anyway. I'm really happy with this little machine.” - Toby J.

“The heated humidifier and SmartFlex feature make me so comfortable while I sleep. Who can deal with a CPAP machine that doesn't conform to their individual sleeping patterns, and keep them awake at night? It defeats the purpose! I'm sleeping so much better these days.” - Troy F.

ResMed S9 AutoSet APAP with H5i and ClimateLine Tubing

“This seems like the only CPAP machine that anyone could ever need, no matter if they gave obstructive sleep apnea or central sleep apnea. One of my friends has central sleep apnea and he was surprised to find out that I can use the same machine with my obstructive sleep apnea. I'm impressed with how smart this machine is, and the ClimateLine tubing. I've never seen a tube that heats up itself, I thought that was just something the humidifier did. It makes using a CPAP machine so much more comfortable!” - Allen W.
