I finally got the DR to write a prescription for a Portable unit for my wife. He submitted it to my insurance co
but have not gotten an answer yet . She will not use a big unit and made this very clear to the DR. If this falls thru I will be in touch with you about your unit. Her requirements are 2 liter Pulse.

Hi! I have a Simplygo Mini & just love it. A few minutes affter turning it on I get an alert about the sieve beds. Is this something that requires service? Am I able to service this myself? I can turn off the alert–is it OK to keep using it with the alert disabled? Thank you.
This is a great question. The sieve beds are something that does require service. They have to be replaced by the manufacturer. You are ok with continuing using the machine. You will need to contact the company that you purchased the unit from to have this service taken care of. Please keep in mind that the sieve beds are what keep your oxygen purity levels high while using the unit so we do suggest replacing them sooner rather than later.

I have a simply go (not mini); its batteries at 4.5 last less than an hour and with backup less than 2hrs for sure; charging can only occur when SG is plugged in and that takes quite a while (more than 2.5 hrs ea. battery). Is there a portable charger for the backup battery or an alternate comparison machine with better battery life?

How much is the SimplyGo Mini package? Are there any carrying cases that can be worn so the unit can be carried on the back or like a butt pack? I currently have a SimplyGo that I use when I travel so I don’t have to lug my home unit around, but it is bulky for just walking around. It would be nice to have the Mini for that.

Hi! I have used my Simplygo Mini within 2 years. Starting April 2021, a few minutes after turning it on I get an alert about the sieve beds. It has been repaired twice by the authorize dealer in Indonesia but still keep on alerts while using. And they don’t know what to do, just wait the instruction from Philips. Can I buy the sieve bed and repair by myself? Thank you.
I don’t believe SimplyGo Mini service parts including sieve beds are available for retail sale.
