If you’re looking for a good time, you love being out in nature among lots of trees, or you just love biting into a good peach, a trip to Atlanta might be what you should experience at least once. You might even just live within driving distance and want to take a week or weekend to explore the city that has been so famous, evolving and growing over the last 50 years.

We don’t want you to miss out on seeing such a great place and everything that makes it so interesting, which is why we offer such great deals on our portable oxygen concentrator rentals. There are many choices in our rental fleet, so you are bound to find the one that will meet your oxygen therapy needs. You’ll also have the assistance of one of our knowledgeable representatives, who will help you decide on which package is right for you. They will also make sure your rental is at your doorstep in time for your trip.

Another thing we will help you do is decide on how many spare batteries you will need to take with you. This depends on a number of factors, and one of them is how many you will need during your trip to the city on board an airplane. Keep in mind that you will need to contact the airline 2 weeks ahead of to see what they will need when you arrive with your portable oxygen concentrator.

You might not want to visit Atlanta during the middle of the summer, when temperatures can soar well above 90 degrees, and the humidity is through the roof. This can cause complications, not only with your breathing, but with your oxygen concentrator. The best months of year to visit are April and May, or October and November, but you might have to deal with some rain and cloudy days during these months, especially during the spring. Despite its summer heat, Atlanta does manage to get pretty cold during the winter months.

You shouldn’t have any trouble getting around the city, even if you decide to utilize Atlanta’s public transportation instead of renting a car. MARTA buses have routes throughout the city, and you will have no problem getting on and off with your portable oxygen concentrator in tow. Your carry bag will provide plenty of protection from any bumps that might occur, and the wheel cart (if your model requires one) can handle even the bumpiest terrain.

When you get to A-Town, make sure your batteries are all juiced up before leaving your hotel room, so you have plenty of time out on the town. There are plenty of educational and historic sites to visit. Atlanta is the home of the Georgia Aquarium, which is famous for being entertaining and engaging for people of all ages. The Swan House is a huge house that is now a museum of history and architecture, with magnificent surrounding gardens.

Be sure to get out at night and meet some new people by going downtown to the Big Kahuna restaurant, or Der Biergarten for some fun and games and some of the best brews in town. Don’t pay any attention to whether or not your oxygen concentrator might be distracting. All of our rentals are under 40 decibels, which is much quieter than what it would be inside of a bar. All you need to worry about is having the best time possible while in Atlanta.
