“This outfit came to my rescue when I was in a bind for temp O2 services. They were accommodating to my situation, they were reasonable in their charges, they came across as people oriented. The product sold itself; however, every individual I contacted made the effort to solve my problems and meet my needs. Except for a few discouraging words about their competition, I would have given them near perfect marks on customer service.”

“I was pleasantly surprised to day I got a call from the oxygen concentrator store in regards to my review that I wrote about the concentrator I bought. I was told that the concentrator with a fully charged battery should last 2 hours. When I took it out the first time it only lasted 1 1/2 hours. Thankfully I had brought the back up battery. I was very unhappy and disappointed, I thought I would get 4 hours with the 2 battery’s. Anyway I was so surprised that first thing this morning the phone rings and its Doug from the concentrator store.?Boy are they on the ball. He ask me about the problem I told him he said I will get you a new one and. He said he will follow up the the manafacturer. I can’t say how good it made me feel to see that they really care. Thanks Doug I will always recommend the Oxygen Concentrator Store. 20 stars for you all.”

“Exceptional Service! I had a new Oxygen Concentrator in my home 24 hours after obtaining the prescription. I was able to purchase a relatively small lightweight and VERY quiet home concentrator unit with a 5-year warranty at the best price of 6 companies contacted. Their service was outstanding – the purchase at their office in Denver took about 30 minutes. They are open 7 days a week and have accessories and filters in stock.”

“I was on vacation in Colorado when I discovered I was in desperate need of a new CPAP mask. It was Sunday morning, and I was headed to higher elevation (9,600+ ft) for a few days where I would especially need my CPAP. I called the Oxygen Concentrator Store and couldn’t believe the outstanding service they provided, especially from Mr. Sean Lowe. Despite having suffered a power outage at the Centennial, CO location, Sean welcomed me to come into the store where he quickly got me set up with the very same mask I normally use, and I was on my way in no time. Again, this was on a Sunday morning! I would’ve been in dangerous territory with untreated apnea during my stay in the mountains if not for the friendly, prompt, and expert service provided by Sean and staff at the Oxygen Concentrator Store. I highly recommend them. “
