“So far, very good. The representative was very helpful & the equipment arrived when it was supposed to. I havent had my InogenOne G4 very long but it has freed me from the tether I had to the large concentrator & those horrible tanks. Everyone who is on oxygen needs a portable unit & the Oxygen Concentrator Store is great for your purchase.”

“Very good communication and follow up.I appreciate that this company was able to sell me the equipment instead of continuing to rent from another supplier that was “in network” through United Health Care.Although the insurance refused to assist with the purchase price, it was still cheaper in the long run than having to pay the deductible each month.I have not had any need to have any service or repair done yet, but I don’t expect any problems if my working with this company so far is any indication.”
