“Our old concentrator finally quit and I needed a new one. Went to American Medical Sales & Rentals in Centennial, CO which is the Oxygen Concentrator Store. I worked with Daniel Aguirre the oxygen consultant and he assisted me in the purchase of a Respironics EverFlo Q. We know it is a great machine because we had the old one for 7 yrs and it performed great without any issues. Recommend this store to anyone interested in a Concentrator. When you first walk in Linda at the front desk is friendly and knows where to direct you for your needs.”

After spending most of my career in a customer service environment I totally understand the importance of providing a good, if not excellent, customer experience. I experienced excellence in my dealings with Aziz. He made me feel like I was the only customer!!! He is AWESOME and I thank him so much!
