Their depth and breadth of knowledge regarding portable oxygen equipment and related medical issues was impressive and they were very helpful in helping me decide which type of oxygen concentrator would be best for my husband. The concentrator I purchased arrived in 2 business days, was well-packaged and easy to assemble (basically just installing the battery & charging it) and simple to use. “The information and detail I needed to make a truly informed decision was readily given. I found that the policies for returns, buy back, maintenance and service that the Oxygen Concentrator Store were far above other retailers of the portable oxygen concentrators. “I was very pleased with my purchase of the Inogen G4 air concentrator. Nick Vannatta, the sales person I dealt was very help in describing the benefits and limitations of the tw machines I was interested in. Because of his recommendation and the other information I found online I decided that was the machine for me. I have been very happy with the machine and I know I made the right choice getting it. The machine was shipped right out to me and I had it 5 days later. I also got an additional battery and an external charger.”
