“The lady I dealt with over the phone was extremely helpful. She was able to ship to me just the right machine my Mom needed. It looks just like the one Mom already had, but it’s lighter and smaller. Mom remembers how to work it since it was familiar. The machine arrived in the time given at the time of purchase, was easy to assemble, and charged quickly. Mom must have a continuous flow machine and this works best for her. Thank you for your service. “
