My daughter and son-in-law had done some research before I arrived and discovered that your store was open on Sunday. “My wife forgot her oxygen generator charger as we were going on a 16 day cruise out of Ft Lauderdale. I called The Store and they over-nighted the correct charger to us at our motel in Lauderdale, arriving at 1045AM, just in time as our bus left the motel for the ship boarding at 11:15. Whew! Close call, great service! Thanks much, great job!”

“Jake Kinlaw and AMSR are the very best company to deal with. They were very knowledgeable and did exactly as promised when purchasing our portable concentrater. It came in and worked great. Wished we had called sooner because it did make it easier to get out of the house using the Eclipse 5. I have never experienced such good customer service from anywhere. Unfortunately my mom passed after getting the machine just two weeks after we received it and they were just as good at walking me thru the return process. I am forever grateful they sold us a machine that allowed her to enjoy her last Thanksgiving with friends and not worry about or struggle using a tank any longer. AMSR is the best company ever and they due truly care about their customers.”

“This is not one of those items you have a lot of interaction and knowledge with. Usually, when you buy one these it means a loved one in your life is struggling. I searched on the net and came across two main pages. I clicked on the first, and I realized it was a discount site. I don’t know what made me call the second site, but I am thankful I did. I told Eric S. exactly what I was looking for. Before I could even get the words out of my mouth, he already had something in mind. I lightly touched on the situation, and he helped in every way possible with price, shipping, and answering EVERY question I had. The portable O2 tank showed up to my parent’s house exactly how he had described it. I cannot say how easy this was and how helpful he was.”
