“Quality Equipment, Personnel, and Process”

Review from Bert on Sunday, March 4, 2018

“Buying my Respironics portable unit was a pleasant experience with no surprises, unlike a lot of the other medical institutions and suppliers (especially O2 suppliers) who require dozens of forms in triplicate and wait times and hidden fees/prices. Not here, and Stefani’s professionalism during, and courteous followup after, the sale was icing on the cake.”

“American Medical was More Responsive”

Review from Lin Holder, Ph.D on Monday February 26, 2018

“American Medical (as the Oxygen Concentrator Store) was more responsive than other companies I contacted during my search. They offered multiple options and didn’t try to upsell me. They contracted my physician to get medical approval and shipped the same day. I would recommend them, and my agent, Nick, to anyone in the market for a new or used oxygen concentrator.”

“Professional, prompt and helpful”

Review from Jacqulyn S. on Wednesday, February 19, 2018

“I connected with American Medical Sales by phone. Service was professional, prompt and helpful. Never having a portable oxygen concentrator, the advice and service was much needed. My sales associate was friendly and offered information I had not thought to ask. GOOD JOB!!!”

“Highly recommend Nick V and the Oxygen Concentrator Store”

Review from Jeanette L. on Wednesday, January 31, 2018

“I had done some research on Portable Oxygen Concentrators prior to contacting the Oxygen Concentrator Store. I am currently on a CPAP machine and use Oxygen at night. I was having to pay $176 per month with my health insurance plan for an Oxygen Concentrator that was too large to take on trips and had to be put into another room because of the noise it made. Nick V. at the Oxygen Concentrator Store was very helpful. He was able to confirm that the unit I was looking at “Simply Go” was one of the smallest Continuous Flow units on the market. He also let me know it was a very reliable unit and it could be used on a regular basis at night as my needs require. It is also small enough to travel with and is FAA Approved. He did not try to sell me extra things I did not need. Once I faxed over my prescription for Oxygen, and gave him my payment information, It was shipped out the next business day (Monday) and received it on Tuesday.

Nick was there on a Saturday. The Oxygen Concentrator Store also had one year more warranty then other companies for the same unit. I also like that it is a local company. I feel I received excellent Customer Service and even if I had not done any homework researching these units, Nick would have told me the same thing I already had known. It was nice to have someone confirm what I thought I knew. I would highly recommend Nick V and the Oxygen Concentrator Store.”
