We have an AirSep Visionaire 5 that we use at an elevation of 10,600 ft with a universal water bottle. The adapter hose from the O2 output to the water bottle is so short that when connected the hose kinks. Nevertheless. when On the water does bubble and we get output when set at 2 lpm. Do we have a problem? OR do I need to extend the adapter hose–if so, how?
Since the water does bubble and you are getting an output you would be fine. You should, however, keep an eye on it to make sure that it doesn’t kink to the point that it cuts off the air. You may want to carry a backup hose just in case this does kink.
Can u please tell me the best way to though clean my machine it has been in storage for about 2years and has got mouse poop on it and also where can I purchase a new water bottle for it?
After 2 years of no use it is highly likely the machine will not work correctly. Because the filters that extract the oxygen have not been used for this long, the machine will not operate. Hi! I also use the concentrator at 10,000 ft with the water bottle. I’m getting some significant water into the air tubes even with the bottle filled below the MAX line. airflow is set to “4”. so much water is entering the system that it cannot be effectively used while sleeping without waking us up. What might i be doing wrong?
