Purchased 2 of these units (at 800.00 each) in January of 2016. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. Upstairs lasted for only 6 months and then compressor unit absolutely died. It sounded like an old car that wouldn't shut off. I called customer service and they really tried to help replace the unit, but the mfg bailed out on us. Had to package up the unit and ship it back to the mfg for an approximately 4-5 week fix. They are going to fix under warrenty but I think it should last longer than 6 months. Customer service was great but pretty cheesy help from the mfg of the unit.
