Working great. I really like it. Just perfect for my needs
We just started using our SimplyGO and it does exactly as advertised. It has given me the freedom I once took for granted.
It works very well, its very quiet, stays next to the bed and doesn't wake us up.
I got a Simply Go to travel and visit my grandchildren. It is wonderful. My only complaint is that I wish it went up to 3lpm on continuous flow.

How to change filter on the SimplyGo?
The Simply Go does not have a washable filter, only an internal filter that needs to be replaced. Based off the use on the machine hour wise, the internal filter should be replaced every 1-2 years.
How do I perform a hard reset on the SimplyGo?
To perform a hard reset, you will need to remove the battery from the machine and disconnect all power to the unit. Let the machine stand alone without any power for about 2 minutes. Plug the machine back into AC power (power supply for the house) WITHOUT BATTERY and turn the machine on. While the unit has been running for about 5-10 minutes place the battery into the machine WHILE RUNNING and this should eliminate the issue the machine is having. If the issue still occurs, have the customer call back and then we will follow the process of creating a case.
How do I insert and remove the battery on the SimplyGo?
When looking at the machine on the top where the handle is located, on the left side top corner you will notice a rectangle cut out. This is where the battery is located, when placing the battery inside the machine make sure you set the battery in gently. If you drop or slam the battery into the machine the tabs or pc boards on the battery or inside the machine can get damaged or break. When removing the battery, place your finger tips on the top left corner, then just slightly on the backside of the machine where you will notice an indent in the battery. Lift up on the battery and remove towards you, make sure you have control of the battery so it does not drop back into the machine or slip out of your hand.
