Purchase Protection Plan
At American Medical Sales & Repair, we want our customers to be happy with our products and service. We are pleased to offer a Purchase Protection Plan that ensures just that.
Here's how it works:
If you purchase a new oxygen concentrator from us and it breaks within the first 90 days, we'll replace it.
We'll not only replace it, we'll ship you a new unit overnight.*
And we'll have UPS come to your house to pick up your damaged unit.
We will pay for all shipping costs.
Please note that our Purchase Protection Plan does not cover customer-caused damage.
*Our offices are open Monday through Friday. If your unit is covered by our Purchase Protection Plan and breaks on a Saturday or Sunday, please contact us on Monday. We'll ship your replacement unit immediately for arrival at your house on Tuesday. (Continental United States locations only)
To return a concentrator covered by our Purchase Protection Plan:
- Call us at 877-303-9289 or 303-799-0011. Have your invoice number handy as well as the concentrator you would like to return.
- Tell us about the problem with the unit. We might be able to talk you through the problem. If the problem is one we can't resolve over the phone, we'll give you a return authorization number and schedule UPS to come to your house to pick it up.
- Return the concentrator only to us in its original box. You should keep the battery, all power cords and accessories.
- Label the box with our address:

Also clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package. - Be available for UPS to pick up the unit at the scheduled time.
