The Rental Call Center is open 7 days a week, Monday thru Friday 7am to 8pm, Saturday 7am to 5pm and Sunday 8am to 4pm. We are also available after hours for emergency rentals. Please contact us for an emergency rental appointment.


We rent home and portable oxygen units that are available as pulse dose and continuous flow machines. Please contact us if you are unsure what oxygen unit you require.


The prices range depending on the unit and length of the rental. We offer the lowest rental prices on top rated concentrators.

You can rent the concentrator for as long as it is required. We offer weekly and monthly rentals.


Yes! Our rentals are able to be taken outside the United States. For all international travel, deposits are required on the machine to insure the safety of the device. An International Rental Deposit fee is for the full retail price of the unit and all additional equipment. Please contact us for more information about renting abroad.


All rentals must start and end in the United States. A unit can be taken to Canada as long as it is returned from a United States postal address.


It’s easy! Simply call 877.774.9271 to speak to a Rental Specialist and they will set up a time for UPS to deliver a concentrator on a date of your choice!


For deliveries to a hotel room, please call 877.774.9271. When setting up your rental, simply inform your Rental Specialist that you need your concentrator delivered to a hotel. Please have your room number and the hotel’s address ready for when you place your order. It is also a good idea to inform the staff in the lobby that a package for you will be arriving.


If your concentrator breaks down while using it, please call the customer support number as soon as possible. The customer support number can be found on a sticker placed on the machine. Our support staff will work to troubleshoot the device and find you a solution as fast as possible.

We do not bill Medicare or Insurance. It is important for us to be able to send out rentals on a moment’s notice and the process of billing Medicare or Insurance can often take weeks. You can submit any rental for reimbursement to your Supplemental Insurance and we can provide you the proper codes to begin the process.
