Are you in possession of an old used oxygen concentrator that you no longer need? Maybe you have been using your trusty oxygen concentrator for years and you’re now ready for an upgrade? We will buy your used oxygen concentrator with our Buyback Program, subject to eligibility. You can use the money you get from the old unit to trade in for a new one. But a trade-in is not required. You can sell the used concentrator for cash.

This is a wonderful opportunity and a great economic alternative if you have an old oxygen concentrator and want a new oxygen concentrator. We repair and refurbish old and used oxygen concentrators, and your old one might be the perfect candidate. You must understand that we can’t purchase every used oxygen concentrator; if it is in too bad a shape for us to safely work with, and sufficiently refurbish for a future customer, who wants to save money by purchasing a used recertified oxygen concentrator.

This is really a win-win situation for everyone. First, you get a legal and safe way to sell your concentrator in addition to making money, we have received a great oxygen concentrator to refurbish and sell, and someone in the future will have a great, refurbished oxygen concentrator which will save them money from buying a brand new one. It also helps the environment, since parts are being recycled and reused and new components aren’t being manufactured as much on less of a demand for new concentrators.

Are you interested in selling your used oxygen concentrator to us? It’s quick and easy with our Oxygen Concentrator Buyback Program.

  1. I am offering my husbands Inogen One G3 which is complete. It has carrying case, 16 cell battery, car charger and house charger. It has a 3 yr warranty and purchased in March 2014 from the manufacturer. My husband hardly used as he suffered a stroke several months later. I paid $2600. I want to pay off the loan on this, and will have to absorb the loss.

Please advise me if you received this email.

    • Thank you for your comment, Gayle. Your machine may have a chance to be eligible however, with such a small amount of hours on the machine this will greatly affect it’s lifespan. Just like a car, an oxygen concentrator should be run regularly to keep it in top working condition. Feel free to contact our BuyBack department at 1-877-774-9271 to determine your eligibility.

    • So sorry to hear that Rhonda. As the Inogen G3 can run new around $2300.00 but our specialists can work with you as we have promotions that can bring the price down. Additionally, we do have refurbished machines that still are under warranty that might be an option. Best way to find out what we can do for you is to call us at 888-743-0156 and speak to one of our staff. Good Luck.

  13. I have an Inogen G3 that my mother used for less than a year before she passed away in Oct 2019. I would like to sell it as soon as possible.

  15. Hi! I have my deceased Mom’s InogenOne G3 O2 machine and would like to sell it so someone can get a good deal on one from you. It has the carry bag, charger, new O2 hose, AND an extra battery that has never been used. I believe it probably has less than 6 or 7 total hours on it as she was admitted to a Nursing Home very shortly after getting it. She had O2 at home via a large home machine and O2 at the Nursing Home. This portable unit was ONLY used when I took her to her medical appointments. It’s practically brand new. No vehicle charger.

I hope you can help someone else get this wonderful machine at a reduced rate. My Mom would’ve absolutely loved that.

    Thank you SO much!
