If you have visited our Colorado retail store, you’ve most likely met Linda. Linda is the smiling face that greets and assists customers interested in purchasing or renting oxygen equipment. Linda has been factory trained by SeQual, Inogen, Respironics, Invacare, AirSep, Inova Labs, and DeVilbiss. She enjoys educating customers about the various options available and assisting them in selecting the products and accessories that best fit their needs. 1. How long have you been with AMSR?
Linda: “I have been with AMSR for 9 years now, almost 10!”
2. What is your favorite part about working here?
Linda: “My favorite part about working at AMSR is the gratification I feel when I can help people get back into the world by providing them with life-changing equipment. I get to see happy people who are just so thankful to be able to go to weddings, graduations, and fly again.”
3. In your opinion how does AMSR’S customer service differ from our competitors?
Linda: “Here at AMSR, we have a reputation for being there for our customers. We’re open everyday except Christmas and we’re more than just available, we care. Our employees go above and beyond for our customers. Our dedication makes us stand out.”
4. What’s the best part of your day?
Linda: “It doesn’t happen everyday, but I love receiving hugs from thankful patients.”
5. Whats the biggest tip you’d give to our customers or potential customers?
Linda: “Don’t be afraid to ask questions! We have solutions for most situations. My biggest piece of advice is don’t give up; get up and live life!”
Danielle is extensively trained oxygen specialist and used her oxygen therapy knowledge to write on products from leading manufactures such as Inogen, Respironics, Chart, Invacare and ResMed.
