  1. I have a inogen one G2 .. I am getting a code
    16(a) service code ..I would like to fix this ..I have called inogen and all they would say is buy a new one …I want to fix this one …thank you

    • DO NOT BUY THE G3… IT SUCKS!!!! EXTREMELY LOUD, DID A TRADE IN TWICE WITH INOGEN… STILL LOUD. I’VE HAD PEOPLE AROUND ME COMPLAIN ABOUT THE NOISE AS WELL AS MY DOCTOR.
      I’VE ONLY HAD THIS SINCE JAN 2019, STILL PAYING ON SOMEHTHING I CANNOT USE… G2 WAS A MUCH BETTER MACHINE.
      I ALSO PURCHASE THE HOME CONCENTRATOR AND MAKING PAYMENTS ON THIS MACHINE AS WELL… STOPPED WORKING A MONTH AGO.
      I’VE BEEN AN INOGEN USER SINCE 2006 AND I MUST SAY MY LATEST PURCHASE IN 2019 HAS BEEN UNBELIEVABLE DISAPPOINTING AND QUIET EXPENSIVE TO PAY THESE PAYMENTS OUT OF MY SSD.

      • Hello Robin, our records show that you didn’t purchase the unit from us. Please contact your equipment provider (where you purchased the concentrator from) or the manufacturer to get your unit serviced. Some Inogen G3s have had this noise issue which can be fixed by repairs. Inogen G3, usually, comes with a 3-year warranty. So yours might still be under warranty. Please check with your provider.
